Darcy Blessing-Williams brings decades of experience in leadership, executive consulting, and organizational development. She has designed and delivered leadership training and learning programs, supported executive teams through growth and change, and advised organizations navigating complexity, responsibility, and transformation.
Her professional background includes executive consulting, leadership development, learning and development strategy, and organizational advisory work—helping leaders clarify direction, build resilient teams, and navigate the human dimensions of change.
Alongside this professional path, Darcy has carried the quieter responsibilities many women know well, often carrying more than is visible from the outside.
Lilly & Root grew from a conscious turning toward a different kind of work. One that honors restoration as essential, and that recognizes that meaningful growth often begins when we allow ourselves to tend what has been waiting patiently beneath the surface.
